Reporting to one of our Customer Service Managers within our Contact Centre, we have an exciting opening for a Team Leader on amonth fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing: During thismonth fixed term contract you will lead a team of approximatelyCustomer Service Representatives while collaborating with other leaders to care, help and get things sorted for our customers.

Your team will not think twice but to follow your lead.As a leader, you will be working alongside your team on a flexibleday roster, working a.hour week.
In addition to supporting the Service team where you will be based in either Auckland or Hamilton site you will be responsible with day-to-day team leader responsibilities, you will also have your big picture lenses to consider issues that affect the wider business and have the opportunity to contribute to project work.
Other responsibilities include:Inspect and coach teams to effectively utilise all opportunities to assess our customers' needs for Home, Landlord and Contents products, as well as NZAA Membership and AA Life coverTake an active part in regular Call Calibration sessions, to identify broader opportunities to improve the AAI experienceProviding a clear sense of direction and purpose for the teamFacilitating the development of the customer service team's knowledge and skillsContribute to the successful deployment of team meetings, training and refresher workshopsBe a role model for others, in seeking feedback and driving continuous improvement in the Contact CentreA bit about you: You're the kind of person that provides exceptional people leadership skills with proven experience coaching and developing a high performing team.
