Driving the customer service experience provided to visitors as well as providing marketing support, this is the ultimate all-in-one role within an exciting business.
About the roleCombining a mix of team leadership and marketing work, this new role of approximately 35-40 hours per week will allow you to make use of your team leadership skills, as well as keep your passion for social media marketing alive.
There is the requirement to work on the fun alongside your team, with evening and weekend work required. It is envisaged the team leadership hours and days of work will be Sunday from 9am – 4pm and Mondays from 4pm – 10pm. There is some flexibility around when the marketing hours are worked throughout the remainder of the week.
Key duties of the role include:Shift management, work alongside and lead your team by providing direction, feedback, training and supportChampion a customer-focused experience for all visitors, troubleshooting any issues whilst on shiftWork collaboratively alongside the Marketing Manager to create and implement new and exciting strategies and marketing campaignsBe a Brand Ambassador for Motion Entertainment, attending offsite promotional events as directedManagement of photo and video library, marketing reporting and analyticsThe ideal candidate will have:Exceptional customer service skills, championing a strong customer first attitudeTeam management, mentoring, training, and onboarding experienceAbility to resolve complaints efficiently and effectively and manage issues proactivelyShift management experience, leading by example and providing ongoing support to teamHealth and safety knowledge and experience, ensuring all company policy and procedures are followedA minimum of six months team leadership experience and 12 months in a customer-facing roleComputer savvy, good working knowledge of Google Drive, Photoshop, Canva and video editing suiteHigh attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skillsPrevious marketing experience is desirableFirst Aid Certificate and LCQ Certificate are desirable but not essentialMotion Entertainment gets busy, so having the ability to work under pressure, show initiative, be creative and lead and manage a team to deliver a seamless experience is key to being successful in this role.
