The opportunity!
As the Customer Team Lead, you will be responsible for the performance of our Customer Service team who work cohesively between Sales, Operations and represents the customers' voice.
Working closely with Production in our Auckland factory, manage the Customer Service team and guide them to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Supporting the customer service team to ensure customers are kept up to date with products, manufacturing and delivery capabilities and requirements.
Provide technical assistance and performance data, where required.
Coaching and development.
Your skills and experience:
If you are the type of Team Lead who likes to come up with new processes or initiatives and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to jump on the phones when needed, then this could be your next role!
2 years experience in Team Lead role.
2 years Data entry experience.
Agile in response to customer issues.
Ability to quickly absorb technical knowledge around capability and product.
Well-developed people and organisational management skills.
Strong customer first mindset, problem solving and analytical skills.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity.
A passion for coaching.
The ability to implement new processes or initiatives.
