Customer Service SupportNew Plymouth Specific days of work are negotiable Hours will be between 8.00 a.m. - 6.30 p.m. including a weekend shift. About the role The skills you will learn will enable you to specialise in different areas within the Customer Engagement Centre, or wider business. We work in a fast-paced environment and team morale is very important to us, with a vast range of vibrant personalities, you will never be bored.
Our Contact Centre is based in New Plymouth, however a hybrid model of working from home and in the Contact Centre could be considered after training is completed.
Indicate in your letter if you are interested in full-time or part-time hours, or both.
Who Are You? You will have superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Your knowledge of customer service practices and principles will ensure you deliver a professional service of the highest standard. You will be required to make sound judgments, identifying customer needs whilst obtaining accurate information.
To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least one year's experience in a sales or customer service position – no banking background necessary.Previous contact centre experience preferred, but not essential.High resilience and problem-solving skills.Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.Confident using technology and proficient computer skills.A positive outlook and "can do" service attitude.Who are we?
