Job description: As a Customer Service Specialist at Lennar, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to ensure a positive experience with our company.
