The ideal candidate will exhibit confidence and resourcefulness in addressing client needs, providing exceptional service, and enhancing the overall experience of our valued clients. This role is pivotal in building relationships, understanding client inquiries, and resolving issues effectively while promoting a culture of customer satisfaction. ### **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Client Interaction:** - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. - Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, offering relevant solutions or directing them to the appropriate resources. 2. **Problem Resolution:** - Quickly and effectively resolve client issues by assessing situations, conducting thorough research, and providing timely feedback. - Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. 3. **Information Dissemination:** - Present information clearly and concisely to clients regarding our products and services, ensuring they leave with a thorough understanding of their options. - Stay current on company offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients. 4. **Collaboration & Support:** - Work alongside various departments to facilitate a seamless experience for clients, identifying and communicating any recurring issues or potential improvements. - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that enhance customer service processes and overall team performance. 5. **Feedback & Improvement:** - Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in services or processes. - Act on insights to enhance client relationships and foster customer loyalty. 6. **Training & Development:** - Engage in ongoing learning and professional development activities to enhance customer service skills and overall product knowledge. - Mentor new hires, sharing best practices to promote a collaborative team environment. ### **Requirements:** - **Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services or insurance environment. - **Education:** - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus. - **Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software. - Possess strong research skills to effectively locate solutions and resources for client inquiries. - Excellent presentation skills to communicate information clearly and engage clients effectively. - **Personality Traits:** - Confident in handling diverse client interactions and resolving conflicts amiably. - Resourceful, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems. - **Soft Skills:** - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey information clearly and respectfully. - Proactive approach to customer service, eager to go above and beyond to meet client needs. ### **Benefits:** - Company-provided equipment to support your work from the office. - Relocation allowance for those moving to Wellington for the position. - Joining bonus available upon successful onboarding and completion of an introductory period. ### **Working Environment:** Join a vibrant team where creativity flourishes, and innovative ideas are celebrated.
