The Role We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to join this thriving business. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling live chats, emails, and call-backs from customers seeking assistance with various queries. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you can provide engaging, informative, and high-quality service. Work alongside approachable and supportive managers and colleagues, all within a super convenient, central location! This hours for this role are 10am - 6pm. Occasionally there will be weekend work required in the training period, but you will always receive two consecutive days off! The Duties Deliver top-notch customer service via live chat, email, and phone support. Assist in onboarding new customers, guiding them on platform features and usage. Resolve payment-related queries. Educate customers, problem-solve, and build strong relationships. Offer call-backs to customers who require more detailed assistance.
