Ideally looking for a deep desire to learn, a strong team focus, and someone willing to contribute towards enhancing our current team culture. You don't need to have worked in Ag-Tech before, but you do need to have the proven ability to operate in a fast-moving environment. The role may require some travel from time to time to deliver training and presentations, so the right person needs to be open to some travel.
