Our client has been operating in New Zealand for more than a century and they are committed to being there for their customers when they need them most. For their sales team, that means being an approachable, knowledgeable, source of information for their customers when they are considering their options.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be well-supported by your Sales Manager, the in-house training team, and your peers. Their thorough training and ongoing coaching will give you the confidence to provide fit-for-purpose solutions (and peace of mind) to a broad range of customers.
The role These are full-time, Monday – Friday positions that are a mix of work from home and regular office days. This position is perfect for people who thrive in a goal-orientated environment, enjoy having engaging, purposeful conversations, and love to be constantly learning.
Their sales approach is all about providing customers with the right information and asking the right questions so they can decide how best to protect themselves and the things that are important to them.
While some of their best people have come from contact centre or phone-based sales backgrounds, experience in this area is not essential. Having some retail sales experience and meeting targets is preferred. Most important to us is finding people who:
