We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our Greymouth team on a part-time basis.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Greet customers and assist them in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs.
Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages.
Monitor and coordinate fleet availability on a daily basis.
Achieve or exceed sales targets.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to assist with sales efforts.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Detail and clean vehicles to business quality standards.
Refuel and transport vehicles.
You will need to be flexible and available to work on a rotating shift roster.
To be considered, you should possess:
Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers.
Computer literacy skills.
Previous experience in car rental, customer service, retail, or sales.
The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7-day shift work including weekends and public holidays.
A full and current New Zealand driver's licence.
Current and valid New Zealand work rights.
