Customer Service Representative | Fixed Term
Location: 35 Union East Street, Whangarei
Salary: $26.84 per hour paid fortnightly
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830 to 1730 with a 60 minute lunch break

Working at our Whangarei Depot, our Customer Service Representatives deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests, or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions, and access information for our customers. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.

What we need from you:
Availability to work between 0830 and 1730, Monday to Friday
Problem-solving skills – able to think on the fly and find the best outcomes
Administration and data entry skills
Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, by phone, and email
