They run the Z store, greeting and helping customers, taking care of the till, and running the food and drink area.
Night shift CSRs are real self-starters – natural go-getters who love keeping busy by spotting tasks that need doing like checking merchandise, ordering stock, and restocking the store shelves.As a trusted night shift CSR, if there's a problem, you'll try and fix it as fast as you can.
You'll be great at turning around customer complaints, so customers leave the Z station happy and wanting to come back.
