Customer Service Representative

This role will be assisting customers mainly in our garden area with 40 hours per week over a roster that includes one weekend day.
The successful applicant will have:

The skills to meet customer demands with a polite and friendly manner
The ability to keep a cool head during challenging situations
Enthusiasm and team spirit
Basic familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and keyboard skills
