Customer Service Representative

Duties Include:- Ensuring customers receive prompt and quality service- Communicate with customers, supervisors, colleagues in a positive and professional manner.- Perform cashier duties accurately to ensure cash drawers balance, performing basic addition and subtraction functions and counting back change.- Address all customer complaints in a professional manner- Comply with all safety rules, company policies and scheduling requirements.- Accurately balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift- Professionally and cheerfully greet customers upon entering the store, assist with any questions which they have.- Monitor the surroundings to identify any potential threats.- Perform tasks in the store as directed, including stocking, cleaning, pricing and merchandising.The ideal candidate will be:- Proactive, motivated and a hardworking person- Able to work part of a team as well as unsupervised.- Passionate in providing customer service and always putting the customer first- A great communicator- Available to work rotating shifts, on weekends and public holidays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
