We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to add value to our Student Journey Centre. Our Customer Service Representatives play a vital first-point of contact for students and enquirers, and we are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our motivated team.
The ideal candidate will have proven customer services or call centre skills and experience. Alternatively, you might be a recent graduate looking to take your next step in a high-performing organisation. Full training is provided.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong computer literacy skills, able to answer queries using a variety of channels including email, web chat and social media.
Effective listening skills, a great telephone manner and the ability to empathise with enquirers from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The ability to prioritise workload to make sure all enquiries are answered within expected timeframes.
Attention to accuracy and be able to quickly assimilate information and provide enquirers with correct information at all times.
