Bidfood Hamilton is looking for a versatile team player who can support our smooth day to day customer service operation.As a Customer Service Representative at Bidfood Hamilton, every day is different.
Providing quality customer service via multiple channels including phone call, email and discussions.
You will play a key part in fostering strong customer relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.40 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm & every 3rd SaturdayWhat a day looks like at Bidfood for our Customer Service Representatives:Answer the phone in a professional and timely manner.Ensure orders are correctly entered and dispatched so that accurate invoices are generated.Support the CSR Supervisor as and when required with tasks and projects.Complete a fair share of workload including order processing via emails, phone pick up, My Bidfood processing, out of stock processing, greeting customers at reception.Any complaints are resolved to the customer's satisfaction or referred to senior staff for assistance.Customers are made aware of specials that may suit their requirements.Customers are made aware of unavailable stock and alternative products are offered.As delegated, outbound calls are made to customers.Proactively look for work and new learning opportunities.Supportive role for account managers to help achieve targets and resolve customer issues.Learn new systems and processes within the business.Display flexibility to meet the needs of the business.Remain calm, productive and focused in pressured situations achieving desired outcomes and maintaining positive relationships.Does this sound like you?
