About the role: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused person to join our team. This exciting entry-level role offers an candidate the opportunity to build on their experience and grow within the company.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be a key first point of contact for our business, working closely with our customers, territory sales and account managers, planning, and logistics teams.
What we are looking for:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Understanding of fast-moving retail store and wholesale operations.
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
* Confident in dealing with daily customer queries and solving issues as they arise.
* Ability to work remotely and or unsupervised.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
* Positive 'can do' attitude.
* Previous experience in a Customer Service role or call centre environment would be beneficial.
