Entain Australia and New Zealand currently have an opportunity at our South Invercargill TAB Branch as a Customer Service Representative working 10 hours per week, with the ability to pick up additional hours from time to time. Working in the team will allow you to have access to shifts across 7 days with the typical branch opening hours ranging from 9.00am/10.00am until 7.00pm, Monday - Sunday. Ideally, we are looking for you to be flexible across the week and able to work late nights and weekends. While we would be keen to hear from anyone with TAB experience, this is not essential, and we can provide training. About the role As the face of the business, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. While providing excellent customer service, you will quickly and accurately assist in the placing of bets while creating an engaging experience. Cash handling and confidence in your numeric skills are a must. Further, you will provide expert product knowledge and advice to our customers and create an atmosphere that highlights the organisation as a fun and welcoming environment. You must be available to work within the opening hours, which will include some evening and weekend work, including the possibility of public holidays. You're a match if you have….
