As part of the Beijer Ref Group, Realcold is part of a thriving international company with a strong focus on delivering results and products which exceed customers' expectations.An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Whangarei branch for a full-time dynamic, outgoing, customer-focused person to oversee the sales administration and to ensure the team delivers a great customer service experience at all times.The successful candidate would ideally have experience in customer service, although training will be provided. Neatness & attention to detail are prime requisites.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesUsing an electric forklift (full training provided) to move stock and unload stock transfers.Picking and packing customers' orders.Ensuring that a high standard of customer service is maintained for all customers.Providing quotation services, accurately and on time.Acquiring and maintaining appropriate general knowledge of the Company's products, sales, service, and administration procedures to ensure that efficiency, accuracy, and an excellent standard of service is maintained to all customers in the Showroom.Maintaining knowledge of market potential for products and customer requirements, recommending appropriate changes in display, promotion, or advertising, as necessary.Proactively monitoring stock levels in the Showroom to ensure optimum stock levels are always maintained as informed by your Reporting Manager.Ensuring secure and efficient use of space for receiving, storing, and distribution of products and materials.Completing assigned documentation and system reports related to stock management and control functions.Keeping updated on supplier promotions, new products, and any other relevant changes.Qualifications & ExperienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software.Ability to perform well under pressure.Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential.2-3 years of experience within a similar role.BenefitsAnnual Wage ReviewsFree Health InsurancePaid day off on your birthdayQuarterly and annual bonus structuresYour application will include the following questions:Do you have customer service experience?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Do you have experience in administration?How many years' experience do you have as a Customer Service Representative?Do you have experience in a sales role?Do you have picker packer experience?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?
