We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Webforge Locker centralised Customer Service team supporting our ANZ regions, the position is based in Kelvin Grove. Reporting to the CS Supervisor onsite, this varied and interesting role provides support to our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient workflow of product from receipt to despatch.

Our product range spans from access flooring and safety barrier solution to stunning Architectural products. Working within the commercial construction industry, with on-site manufacturing of beautifully designed and engineered perforated steel and aluminium outdoor facades and screen systems.
How you will contribute As the Customer Service Representative, you will be working with some great people and will join the ANZ team creating and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers. You will be the key contact with a large range of customers including architects, project managers, engineers and homeowners, ensuring you provide optimum customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include: Answering customer queries in regards to pricing, turnaround and technical informationEntering, maintaining and reviewing customer pricing and databaseActively contribute to a culture of effective communication and customer-centricity in the businessAssist in processing of RFQ to Order release stages. Maintain relationships with customers/ potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and future business Working with Internal stakeholders to provide support in completing business objectivesContribute as an active member of the Business by generating ideas and opportunities, as well as identifying risks and helping resolve business issues and problemsCompliance with a range documented procedures, processes and adhering to all regulations About you We are looking for someone who comes from a Customer Service/ Internal Sales background and has demonstrated success in providing superior customer service to a wide range of customers. You will also have a strong solutions-orientated mind set, and have the ability to understand and support with responses to quotes, proposals and tenders - following the order from enquiry, through to delivery.
