An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to work within our retail showroom in Hastings. As a motivated customer service/sales professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude, your primary focus will be to build customer relationships over the phone, online, and face to face. A primary focus is owning the "front of house" of our Hastings showroom and ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience when they come into the showroom or phone in. Broadly, in this terrific role, your responsibilities will include:
Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email, and over the phone
Utilising your natural abilities to provide solutions to customers
Collaborate and support team members, other business areas, and projects as required
Commitment to continual growth, learning, and training
ABOUT YOU
A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
Proven ability to provide solutions and sales to meet customer's needs
Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
Whilst not essential, experience gained in a trade/industrial/technical retail or customer service environment is advantageous
An eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
