Your quick thinking and ability to go above and beyond for your customers will contribute to this!Key Responsibilities  Capturing customer information via the phoneAssessing applications for finance and determining suitability of the customer, to pre-qualify clients for business managers. Dedicated support to our 0800 number. Inbound calls. Help completing finance applications between our lenders and our customersHelping the wider team with customer relationship management & processing of Finance applications. Assisting finance sales staff with general workflow activitiesSubmitting finance applications (on behalf of finance managers)Follow up calls on behalf of the wider team Meeting the KPI's associated with our call Centre operations.Skills required Computer and online/digital literate: Standard computer skills such as typing, email, sales software.Professional —but personable — phone manor and customer service skillsProblem solving and the ability to think laterally.Previous phone experience
