About the role:
Market leaders supplying to the transport, hardware and industrial textile sector, you will be servicing an exceptionally loyal customer base. Based in Sockburn, working 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, you will be surrounded by a supportive and family focussed team. You will receive hands-on and thorough training. Your duties will include:
Assisting trade customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email
Processing orders and preparing quotes
Data entry
Managing stock levels
Outbound calling of existing customers to ensure they are aware of new products available
Order picking and assisting in the warehouse as required
Skills & Experience:
Previous trade based customer service experience essential
Good organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be extremely customer focused and results driven
A self-starter with a can-do attitude
A natural team player, you enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues
Full Class 1 Driver's license
A Forklift Endorsement and Operators Certificate is desirable but not essential
