We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Northern hub located in our Hamilton branch, providing excellent support and service to our customers.
He angitutanga: The opportunity As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing excellent service to Team Global Express customers, managing enquiries through various support channels.
Reporting to our fantastic Customer Service Team Leader, you will also be responsible for:
Supporting and liaising with our internal/external customers Developing and maintaining strong internal/external customer relationships Being involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service Proactively identifying and informing customers of any network delays Managing customer queries via phone/email and managing customer escalations Resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner Recording all inbound and outbound correspondence with customers He korero mou: About you We are looking for a driven individual who can work in a team environment, contributing to the success of Team Global Express.
You will have demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Additionally, you will have:
