This well-established employer is one of the largest fully integrated logistics providers operating in New Zealand. They offer seamless global supply chain solutions – from international freight to warehousing & domestic delivery direct to business or the home.
Here is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team at the Mangere based Offices.
This is an immediate start, 40hrs per week position.
About the roleReporting to the Client Operations Manager you will be providing support to customers via email, phone and online portals. This position offers variety and no two days will be the same.
You have a dynamic personality and are passionate about developing a proactive relationship with customers. You will have a clear understanding of customer business needs and objectives, and enjoy providing sound solutions to their enquiries. Of course, you must have an excellent phone manner and professional email communication skills.
