Temporary ongoing assignment until end of February
An awesome opportunity has arisen to join this well-established manufacturer. If you enjoy building relationships with people and have a knack for administrative work, this could be a great role for you! The assignment begins ASAP and will run through until the end of February, with the possibility of an extension, with a two-week shutdown over the Christmas period. About the Company: A NZ based manufacturer, this company supplies to the industrial, FMCG, and pharmaceutical sectors and is known for its high-quality product and strong national presence. Our Wiri based client has a need for someone who is motivated, energetic, and confident to join their Customer Service team.
Key responsibilities: · Taking customer enquiries over the phone and in person
· Processing orders and documenting sales
· Liaising with dispatch and logistics
· Keeping clients informed as to timeframes
· Answering queries and follow up
· Building relationships with key clients
· Sales administration, processing dockets and maintaining the database
About You · 1-2+ Years of experience in phone-based Customer Service role
· Ideally has experience with Business Central or similar system
· Immediately available (or can start within one week)
· Team player and reliable
