About the role: This role includes an exciting mix of tasks! You will be a key point of contact for customers and responsible for managing a wide range of enquiries on a day-to-day basis. Keeping you busy will be various functions to keep the well-oiled machine running, including resolving customer and technical queries, assisting internal stakeholders, processing orders, generating quotes, keeping up to speed with stock requirements and ensuring that all relevant administration is adhered to. Daily multi-tasking using various channels, portals and systems. The role will also provide administrative support for the National Service Department. You will be very busy in this role. However, you will find that your organizational powers, technical flair and second to none ability to build rapport with people will make it an enjoyable ride and a really neat opportunity to hone your skills in this field. The role is permanent with an immediate start.
