Your new role Your new role will be to assist and help customers over the phone with their technical queries regarding products such as Broadband, Wi-fi, Mobile Phones and so on.
You will be providing outstanding customer service, as well as ongoing help to your customers by looking at the query from start to finish.
This role is 40h a week and will be on a rotating roster - shifts will be anytime between 7am-9pm, 7 days a week.
What you'll need to succeed Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbalDo you love technology?
