You'll work in our state-of-the-art Head Office in East Tamaki, providing top-tier service to both internal and external customers.
You don't need prior contact centre experience to excel in this role—we value your passion for customer service, and we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.
With a dedicated Trainer and supportive Team Supervisors by your side, you'll be well-prepared to handle any challenge.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and performance goals.
Qualifications Proven customer service experience, with a passion for helping people.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making confidence.
Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
