About your new job As the CSO, you will report directly to the Client Services Manager to support the business with their day-to-day tasks. Your role will include but not be limited to: Managing inbound and outbound calls Manage emails and respond as required Processing new job requests, contracts and liaising internally as required Coordinate communication between various departments, schedule meetings, distribute reports and keep all parties informed of general operations and business requirements Liaise with various stakeholders such as trades supervisors, customers, and clients Data entry of job notes, business communications and the like Creating Purchase orders and invoices About you! You will have excellent communication, organizational, scheduling, and time management skills. Previous experience in an administrative/customer service-based role is required.
