As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle queries via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers. Execute the CRM framework during customer interactions. Resolve issues, inquiries, and complaints. Assist with administrative tasks. Occasionally assist with outbound calls. Qualifications Ko wai koe - About you: To be successful in this role, you will have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2+ years of previous experience in a customer contact role in a high-pressure environment. Flexibility and a willingness to do what is needed to complete the requirements of the role. The ability to work Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and one Saturday per month: 7:30 am - 12:30 pm in this 6 month fixed term role.
