The purpose of this role is to manage call from Retailers and process customer orders, end to end from origin of PO to shipping follow up, to ensure on-time shipment, superior customer service, vendor compliance, as well as supporting efforts to build customer base and sales volume.
Responsibilities: Overall customer service responsibility of specific customer accounts. Process EDI orders and provide reporting to commercial team. System entry of emailed orders into D365, according to priority. Monitor sales orders end to end, for pricing, stock status, allocation of stock, delivery requirements and follow up of shipments. Provide first level product and sales support to Breville retail customers. Log into Retailer call queue, and actively engage with retailers to answer enquiries and resolve any issues. Coordinating with customers on return shipments. We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have: At least 2 years experience in a customer service environment would be advantageous. Ability to work in a committed scheduling environment and manage your workload. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone manner. Self motivation, as well as ability to be a team player. Previous data entry experience well regarded. Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Power BI and Web search engines would be an advantage. Experience in Microsoft D365 and SalesForce would be an advantage.
