Customer Service Representative - HamiltonAre you passionate about the Agricultural Service Industry?
PGG Wrightson is searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our fun and efficient Hamilton Retail Team.
This permanent role working Monday to Friday (8am till 5pm) plus rostered Saturday mornings (9am till 12pm).
A bit about us: Our Hamilton Store is located in the heart of Hamilton and right beside our stock yards. Joining the high-performing team of 3, you will help them reach new goals. We service a wide range of agricultural farm systems, including dairy, lifestyle, and sheep and beef farms. For over 160 years PGG Wrightson (PGW) has worked alongside New Zealand farmers to service their on-farm needs, supporting our common goal of helping grow the country. Key Duties: Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients and customers.Showcase your creative side as you display our store stock to maximise sales.Assist with administrative duties using our D365 computer systems.Process inwards/outwards goods accurately.Provide appropriate and qualified technical advice to both in-store and telephone customers to drive sales.Contribute to team morale in creating a welcoming atmosphere in store and in the field.What you'll bring to the team: A passion and understanding for the rural sector.Great communication and willingness to be an outstanding team player.Have a pro-active approach and demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities and achieve results.Superior computer literacy skills that enable you to promptly adapt to our systems.Good physical fitness as you will be on your feet for the majority of the day and be required to complete many manual handling tasks.A full, current, and clean NZ drivers' licence.An understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.Why work for PGW: We provide products and services nationwide to our 90 retail stores with over 1500 employees working across PGW.
