About the Role As a Customer Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their journey with us is smooth and memorable. Whether it's answering queries on email or social media, resolving delivery issues, or coordinating stock transfers, you'll be a key player in creating an outstanding customer experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
Engaging with customers across multiple platforms, including email, phone, and social media.Resolving complaints with care and efficiency, always leaving a positive impression.Supporting our stores and customers with in-store and online order queries.Collaborating with couriers, Webshop, and Distribution Centre teams to keep everything running smoothly.Maintaining accurate systems and processes to ensure no detail is overlooked.About You You're a natural problem-solver who thrives on helping others and delivering results. With at least 1 year of customer service experience (retail experience is a plus), you're confident handling queries, troubleshooting issues, and keeping things on track.
