We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our Wellington team.
About The Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent Rockgas in supporting New Zealanders with inquiries about our client's services.
With access to comprehensive knowledge content, extensive training, and leadership support, you will handle a variety of tasks such as new account creation, processing service orders, payment collections, emergency responses, and handling disconnections.
You will work in a dynamic team environment, focusing on delivering quality outcomes through phone, and email interactions.
Operating Hours We offer full-time opportunities with flexible hours to accommodate your commitments.
Our operating hours are: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (NZST & NZDT) You will work on a rotating roster.
This role will start on the 31st of January 2025.
