Customer Service Representative - casualWe are creating a casual pool we can call on for our Customer Service Representatives. Here at Orion, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, so this is all about you! We will provide you with extensive training, so you are well equipped and set up to handle incoming work requests from customers.
It is essential you are committed and able to work a variety of shifts, mainly overnight, afterhours, weekend shifts, or occasionally covering weekdays. These are often solo shifts so you will need to be confident, communicative, and committed to providing the best in customer service.

The role Manage all incoming calls to OrionLog network faults and answer customer queries regarding power issues across a variety of platformsAssist Network Controllers and Field OperatorsLiaise with customers on behalf of the businessMonitor Security cameras and alarms over various sites and take appropriate action when requiredProcess incoming work requests from external and internal customersReception Duties as and when neededStrive for continuous learning and improvementAbout you Have a genuine customer-centric approach to your workStrong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyAble to multi-task under pressure, driven, committed and reliableExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong focus towards problem-solving
