The role is varied, busy, and requires a high level of interpersonal skills.
You will be the conduit between the client and end user, taking ownership of the enquiry, and applying excellent problem-solving skills with empathy and sound decision-making.
Primarily, you will assist consumers who have purchased a range of products (FMCG), dealing with any issues they have and resolving or escalating them in a timely and expert manner.
This position allows you to work from home 3 days a week and spend 2 days in the Auckland CBD office.
Ideally, you will meet the following criteria: Experience in a similar work environmentExperience dealing with complex customer enquiries and complaintsAn expert at processing orders with a high level of accuracyExcellent phone manner and communication skills, both written and verbalAble to juggle multiple tasksPlease note, due to the high volume of applications, only successful candidates will be contacted.
