Customer Service Representative - AucklandAuckland, NZNZ PostCustomer Service Representative East Tamaki Fixed Term contractMonday to Friday: 07:00 - 15:00$26.84 per hourLocation: Auckland Operations Centre, East TamakiDuration: 4th of November 2024 - 31st of January 2025We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions.In this dynamic role you will:Communicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner including managing complaintsAssess and rewrap damaged items and record the information in our systemLift up to 25kgProvide information and support regarding NZ Post products and servicesDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alikeSome of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries (this is a face-to-face position)Be comfortable with a physical role (you will lift up to 25kgs)A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and proceduresComfort using new systems and processesStrong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need and provide solutions.All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand.
