Customer Service Representative - East Tamaki Contract: Fixed Term Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 Pay: $26.84 per hour Duration: 4th of November 2024 - 31st of January 2025 We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service by resolving enquiries and providing solutions.
This role is based at our Auckland Operations Centre in East Tamaki.
In this dynamic role you will: Communicate clearly with customers in a calm and professional manner, including managing complaints Assess and rewrap damaged items and record the information in our system Lift up to 25kg Provide information and support regarding NZ Post products and services Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff Some key qualifications include: Proven experience in customer service or retail to handle a diverse range of customer queries (this is a face-to-face position) Comfort with a physical role (lifting up to 25kgs) A willingness to learn and adhere to our policies and procedures Comfort using new systems and processes Strong communication skills to engage with customers and provide solutions All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand.
