Customer Service Representative - East TamakiContract: Fixed TermHours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30Pay: $26.84 per hourDuration: 4th of November 2024 - 31st of January 2025We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service by resolving enquiries and providing solutions. This role is based at our Auckland Operations Centre in East Tamaki.In this dynamic role you will:Communicate clearly with customers in a calm and professional manner, including managing complaintsAssess and rewrap damaged items and record the information in our systemLift up to 25kgProvide information and support regarding NZ Post products and servicesDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staffSome key qualifications include:Proven experience in customer service or retail to handle a diverse range of customer queries (this is a face-to-face position)Comfort with a physical role (lifting up to 25kgs)A willingness to learn and adhere to our policies and proceduresComfort using new systems and processesStrong communication skills to engage with customers and provide solutionsAll applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand.
