We have an opportunity for a positive, customer-centric personality to join Invacare as a Customer Service Representative in our Trading Customer Service team on a six (6) month fixed-term, parental leave cover contract.
Our Customer Service teams are one of our front-line links to our customers and communities and your role plays an important part in ensuring that we are delivering an exceptional standard of service to those who matter most.
About the roleWorking with the team, you'll help to manage incoming enquiries and requests from customers and our sales team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
You'll also assist with entering orders, processing quotes and warranties and liaising with our wider team to provide solutions.
This role is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week on a Monday to Friday basis.
About youYou'll bring a passion and desire to help others, ideally with previous experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Our calls and administration work can be complex, so you'll need to be able to work independently to handle and resolve calls but will also be supported along the way.
