Join our Diabetes Division, a team driven to support those living with diabetes by delivering exceptional service and precision. This role is more than just processing orders—it's about making a tangible difference in the lives of our patients. As a vital part of our Operations team, you'll specialize in managing and coordinating Dexcom CGM orders, while also engaging in a range of administrative tasks to keep our division running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who wants to make a positive impact through detail-oriented work in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
Where You Come In:
You process orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely dispatch of Dexcom and partner products, including Tandem, Hypopak, and Glooko.
You create, update, and manage patient accounts, handling tasks such as quote verification and account updates.
You take charge of various types of orders, including:Dexcom NDSS Kit Purchase Orders
DVA Orders
Wholesalers
Faulty and Warranty Replacements
Dexcom Clinical Trial Orders
Diabetes Online Shop Orders
You maintain administrative support across the division, keeping trackers up-to-date, conducting quality checks, collecting data, and performing other assigned tasks.
You play a key role in managing customer account records and collaborating with Territory Managers and healthcare professionals to foster new patient engagements.
