Customer Service Rep - Sales - 12 Month Contract

Bidfood New Plymouth is the leading food distributor in the Taranaki region.
We are seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic and diverse customer sales and care team.The primary responsibilities of the role are:Managing customers orders.Providing customer care through telesales conversation, face to face meetings, social media and email.Making outbound telesales calls to achieve set team and individual sales targets.Working closely with the sales team to build strong relationships with assigned customers.To be able to work our rotational rostered Saturdays.You'll need to:Be self-motivated and able to work as part of the Customer Care and Sales team.Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards our customers and colleagues at all times.Be confident in using various computer software programs.Have a great phone manner.Be a fast learner.Adhere to Bidfood's health and safety policies and pre-employment tests.You'll also need a current driver licence, as once proven, you may have the opportunity to progress into field sales.Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.Applications Close: 06/01/2025.
