They are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team on a casual, on-call basis.
Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, engaging with them face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will assist with the dispatch of orders to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Assist with the dispatch and coordination of orders to ensure efficient delivery.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications: Previous customer service experience is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
