ABC Car Rentals is looking for a Frontline Customer Service Representative/ Shuttle Driver with NZ Drivers Licence. Previous customer service experience required. Exciting opportunity for Spring and Summer 2024! ABC Car Rentals are a NZ owned company. We are experiencing high customer enquiries and need to gear up our staff levels for Spring and Summer 2024 now! You are needed to meet this demand, starting asap. Business hours are Monday to Sunday - 0700am – 1900pm (hours may extend over Summer). This is a full-time role, the normal roster will be between the hours of 0700am – 1900pm, five days on (Weekends included) and two days off.
Qualifications & experience
We are looking for a talented front line Customer Service Rep/ Shuttle Driver who knows how to deliver exceptional service by understanding our customer's needs. The job role can vary from serving customers, driving the shuttle van, and assisting with calls and administration. Bring your best! The permanent roster includes weekends. Previous customer service experience is an advantage. Must hold a full NZ Drivers Licence/Overseas License. Attention to detail. Ability to maintain a positive attitude in any situation.
Tasks & responsibilities
Face to face and over the phone interaction with customers creating a positive experience. Complete rental agreements in a timely efficient manner. Assist with depot administration and daily business tasks. At times may need to collect and return customers to the airport in the shuttle van. Inspection of vehicles on collection and return.
