Join our dynamic team at LDE in Gisborne.
We are seeking a person with good attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a collaborative mindset who enjoys being part of a supportive team.
This pivotal role will see you being the primary point of contact for client enquiries, working closely with our engineers to support core operations across our offices in the North Island.
It offers a comprehensive introduction to our business, culture, and the diverse, exciting projects we deliver.
With strong phone etiquette, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to pitch in where needed, you'll excel in this environment which values initiative and problem-solving ability.
The full-time role is office-based, 40-hours-per-week, Monday to Friday.
What You'll DoAs the Customer Service & Procurement Administrator, you'll handle a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Managing client enquiries and fostering positive relationshipsCoordinating fleet and equipment maintenanceHandling procurement and ensuring smooth inventory processesPerforming data entry and providing project administration supportOrganizing and championing team social events.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking candidates with:
