CBS is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a full-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

As a Customer Service Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support and assistance through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, as well as follow company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable and independent, able to work effectively in a remote environment without direct supervision. Strong leadership and cooperation skills are also essential in order to interact effectively with other team members and departments.
