About the Role:
We are now excited to get on board a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week - FTE, 8:30am-5pm, Monday - Friday) Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Care team in Auckland, NZ.
Key Responsibilities: Be the 1st point of contact for all customer care enquiriesEnsure adherence to responsiveness KPIs on NOVA (Internal System) & Phone queuesProvide high quality & consistent service to group customers & work towards customer outreach (via regular calls / QBRs / Meetings)Drive performance in collaboration with internal stakeholdersPremier / VIP / Elite customer Management – be the Voice of the Customer and deliver optimum customer experienceMinimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a shipping company environment or freight forwardingExcellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders along with strong analytical skillsGood time management skills and ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasksExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to foster relationships with customersAbility to meet tight deadlines and work unsupervisedStrong organisational and administration skillsSalary: This role offers a salary range of $63,000 - $68,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
