ABC is seeking a Customer Service Operator with reception experience, excellent communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Passion for customer service is a must for this role. Do you ever wonder "what difference do I really make"?

We have over 20 Podiatry clinics nation-wide and attending to our patients' requirements at the frontline is our team of well-rounded Customer Service Officers. We want your expertise at our Clinic. It's a perfect match for a go-getting multi-tasker, looking after at least two Podiatrists and multiple calendars. You'll be handling inbound and outbound calls, booking patient appointments, invoicing, daily balancing, debtors management and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. Great communication skills and work ethic is key while you attend to our patients, and we'll look after you every step of the way with on-site training and the support of a caring team.
ABC Support Office is situated in Tauranga and staying connected is vital. A terrific way to stay connected is by regular video calls. We encourage the sharing of ideas and collaboration across the whole team. We also value and love being together while we learn, so we host our own annual conference, which we plan from start to finish to cater for a great day of learning, development, and entertainment.
