This is a casual role, which will cover annual and sick leave.
The role is based at the Selwyn Aquatic Centre and will cover the days of the week including evening and weekend shifts.
We are a vibrant team so a love for working collaboratively is a must, along with great communication skills and the ability to encourage others to get the best out of our Aquatic Centre facilities.
Responsibilities:Provide excellent frontline customer service.Apply practical skills and knowledge to resolve customer enquiries.Use your initiative and judgement to assist our customers.Complete facility cleaning tasks as required.About you:You will be a highly motivated and customer-focused person with the ability to adapt quickly and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
